I had Lasik done about a week ago and all I can say is I’m very impressed. A great surgeon, calm and professional which made me comfortable. I loved how informational he was. He did not use big medical terms to explain Lasik, he used eye models, pictures and diagrams. My vision a week later is 20/15 in both eyes. Before Lasik I could barely see the big E without my glasses a huge improvement

This doctor is amazing. From his bedside manner ‘to his expertise’ in the OR. He explains medical terminology in layman turms. His staff is phenomenal. Expertise is evident but also also comfort and caring is there. He took time with us as so did his staff. I am going back for my second cataract removal and he our man. My two sister and myself agree, he’s our doctor.

Dr Munro and his staff are wonderful. They are very professional, yet friendly. Dr Munro has a great bedside manor and explains things in everyday language. Scheduling appointments was quick and waiting time in the office was short. The surgical staff made a somewhat scary procedure easier for me. Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. Everyone understood…. especially when he came out into the waiting room and apologized to us all for running behind Very Professional.

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
