Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. Everyone understood…. especially when he came out into the waiting room and apologized to us all for running behind Very Professional.

I was very satisfied with my experience in having cataract surgery /lens implant. Dr Munro prepared me well and answered all my questions. I have had no complications with this procedure. I had only known one patient of his prior to my surgery and was of course a little anxious about the surgery. But Dr Munro took his time to explain everything and I felt confident in his care.

My name is Dr. Doran, a local Orthopedic surgeon. I have wanted to have Lasik for a long time but never had the nerve to electively get surgery on my eyes. It is always easier being on my side of the OR table. After Dr. Munro took care of my both of my mothers eyes and seeing he bedside manner, I finally decided to proceed forward with Lasik, within one day I had nearly perfect 20/20 vision and it is becoming clearer every day. Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

I had lasik done about a week ago and all I can say is im very impressed. A great surgeon, calm and professional which made me comfortable. I loved how informational he was. He did not use big medical terms to explain lasik, he used eye models, pictutes and diagrams. My vision a week later is 20/15 in both eyes. Before lasik I could barely see the big E without my glasses a huge improvement

Dr. Munro was always courteous, willing to listen to my questions and give answers and solutions. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He explained the procedure, what I could expect before and after surgery. Day of surgery, he was there beforehand to go over the procedure again. Unfortunately, I had a reaction to the IV and he was patient and waited until I was ready before beginning the surgery. I had surgery on both

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
