Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. Everyone understood…. especially when he came out into the waiting room and apologized to us all for running behind Very Professional.

I had Lasik done about a week ago and all I can say is I’m very impressed. A great surgeon, calm and professional which made me comfortable. I loved how informational he was. He did not use big medical terms to explain Lasik, he used eye models, pictures and diagrams. My vision a week later is 20/15 in both eyes. Before Lasik I could barely see the big E without my glasses a huge improvement

I was very satisfied with my experience in having cataract surgery /lens implant. Dr Munro prepared me well and answered all my questions. I have had no complications with this procedure. I had only known one patient of his prior to my surgery and was of course a little anxious about the surgery. But Dr Munro took his time to explain everything and I felt confident in his care.

Dr. Munro performed cataract surgery on both eyes. I was very surprised that not only did my distance vision improve, but I was able to read without corrective lens. Dr. Munro’s followup and post-op care were unbelievable. His professionalism and the way he dealt with me was more then what I expected. Dr. Munro did the procedure of removing cataracts from both my husband’s eyes. I was impressed with how quickly he healed and I can’t help but think that a lot of it was because of the special care Dr. Munro showed during the surgery. He was very helpful when we had questions, showed that he was impressed when he saw my husband’s eyes had healed quickly and was very happy that my husband got his 20/20 vision so quickly. I currently work in the medical field and I will be recommending him!

Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
