Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. Everyone understood…. especially when he came out into the waiting room and apologized to us all for running behind Very Professional.

My name is Dr. Doran, a local Orthopedic surgeon. I have wanted to have Lasik for a long time but never had the nerve to electively get surgery on my eyes. It is always easier being on my side of the OR table. After Dr. Munro took care of my both of my mothers eyes and seeing he bedside manner, I finally decided to proceed forward with Lasik, within one day I had nearly perfect 20/20 vision and it is becoming clearer every day. I was, of course, nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Munro and his staff took the time to explain the procedure, what they planned to do, and what I was expected to do before and after the procedure — which was minimal. Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

Dr Munro and his staff are wonderful. They are very professional, yet friendly. Dr Munro has a great bedside manor and explains things in everyday language. Scheduling appointments was quick and waiting time in the office was short. The surgical staff made a somewhat scary procedure easier for me. I had little or no discomfort, just a little dryness and tearing. I only had one eye done, but I will definitely go back to

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
