I was very pleased with the care I was given from Dr. Michael Munro. I moved to Delaware a couple years ago and was so afraid I wouldn’t find the health & eye care that I was use to. My name is Dr. Doran, a local Orthopedic surgeon. I have wanted to have Lasik for a long time but never had the nerve to electively get surgery on my eyes. It is always easier being on my side of the OR table. After Dr. Munro took care of my both of my mothers eyes and seeing he bedside manner, I finally decided to proceed forward with Lasik, within one day I had nearly perfect 20/20 vision and it is becoming clearer every day. I had lasik done about a week ago and all I can say is im very impressed. A great surgeon, calm and professional which made me comfortable. I loved how informational he was. He did not use big medical terms to explain lasik, he used eye models, pictutes and diagrams. My vision a week later is 20/15 in both eyes. Before lasik I could barely see the big E without my glasses a huge improvement

Dr. Munro did the procedure of removing cataracts from both my husband’s eyes. I was impressed with how quickly he healed and I can’t help but think that a lot of it was because of the special care Dr. Munro showed during the surgery. He was very helpful when we had questions, showed that he was impressed when he saw my husband’s eyes had healed quickly and was very happy that my husband got his 20/20 vision so quickly. I currently work in the medical field and I will be recommending him!

Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

Dr Munro and his staff are wonderful. They are very professional, yet friendly. Dr Munro has a great bedside manor and explains things in everyday language. Scheduling appointments was quick and waiting time in the office was short. The surgical staff made a somewhat scary procedure easier for me. After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
