Dr. Munro was always courteous, willing to listen to my questions and give answers and solutions. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He explained the procedure, what I could expect before and after surgery. Day of surgery, he was there beforehand to go over the procedure again. Unfortunately, I had a reaction to the IV and he was patient and waited until I was ready before beginning the surgery. I had surgery on both

Dr. Munro did the procedure of removing cataracts from both my husband’s eyes. I was impressed with how quickly he healed and I can’t help but think that a lot of it was because of the special care Dr. Munro showed during the surgery. He was very helpful when we had questions, showed that he was impressed when he saw my husband’s eyes had healed quickly and was very happy that my husband got his 20/20 vision so quickly. I currently work in the medical field and I will be recommending him!

Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

I recently had a very serious eye condition. After seeing two different doctors in which the problem with my eye was misdiagnosed by both, I was referred to Dr. Munro. After my first appointment with Dr. Munro in which he diagnosed my problem immediately I was put into a program with him that is now in its sixth month. Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. Everyone understood…. especially when he came out into the waiting room and apologized to us all for running behind Very Professional.

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
