Dr. Munro was always courteous, willing to listen to my questions and give answers and solutions. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He explained the procedure, what I could expect before and after surgery. Day of surgery, he was there beforehand to go over the procedure again. RELAXING

I’m needing cataract surgery in the not too distant future. I was very hesitant about it but it is definitely something that I must address. After my visit/consultation with Dr. Creech and the staff, I am much more relaxed and want to have the procedures done ASAP. Only thing in the way are the pressures of my eyes. This doctor is amazing. From his bedside manner ‘to his expertise’ in the OR. He explains medical terminology in layman turms. His staff is phenomenal. Expertise is evident but also also comfort and caring is there. He took time with us as so did his staff. I am going back for my second cataract removal and he our man. Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
