Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

I highly recommend this practice! I had Lasik here recently, and could not be more pleased with the results. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I was very satisfied with my experience in having cataract surgery /lens implant. Dr Munro prepared me well and answered all my questions. I have had no complications with this procedure. Dr. Munro was always courteous, willing to listen to my questions and give answers and solutions. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He explained the procedure, what I could expect before and after surgery. Day of surgery, he was there beforehand to go over the procedure again. Unfortunately, I had a reaction to the IV and he was patient and waited until I was ready before beginning the surgery. I had surgery on both

I was, of course, nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Munro and his staff took the time to explain the procedure, what they planned to do, and what I was expected to do before and after the procedure — which was minimal. After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
