Dr Munro and his staff are wonderful. They are very professional, yet friendly. Dr Munro has a great bedside manor and explains things in everyday language. Scheduling appointments was quick and waiting time in the office was short. The surgical staff made a somewhat scary procedure easier for me. Dr. Munro was always courteous, willing to listen to my questions and give answers and solutions. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He explained the procedure, what I could expect before and after surgery. Day of surgery, he was there beforehand to go over the procedure again. Dr. Creech and his staff at Eden Hill are very attentive and accommodating, despite how incredibly busy they are. They are definitely dedicated to patient care. I work for another office in this building and they have thoroughly impressed me; I would recommend them to anyone. Just had cataract surgery for both eyes and it was an extremely positive experience from beginning to end! Dr. Michael Munro is highly skilled and cutting edge experienced. He offers “dropless cataract surgery”, meaning NO pre-op drops, NO post surgery drops! I was a candidate for multi focal lenses and the results are amazing… I am able to see close, middle and distance without need of glasses. Just can’t recommend this highly skilled and personable

Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
