Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. Everyone understood…. especially when he came out into the waiting room and apologized to us all for running behind Very Professional.

I was very satisfied with my experience in having cataract surgery /lens implant. Dr Munro prepared me well and answered all my questions. I have had no complications with this procedure. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Munro! I was, of course, nervous about my procedure, but Dr. Munro and his staff took the time to explain the procedure, what they planned to do, and what I was expected to do before and after the procedure — which was minimal. I appreciated that there was a pre-op appointment the Monday prior to my Wednesday procedure, and a post-op appointment the next day. I was back

Dr. Munro was always courteous, willing to listen to my questions and give answers and solutions. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He explained the procedure, what I could expect before and after surgery. Day of surgery, he was there beforehand to go over the procedure again. After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
