I had lasik done about a week ago and all I can say is im very impressed. A great surgeon, calm and professional which made me comfortable. I loved how informational he was. He did not use big medical terms to explain lasik, he used eye models, pictutes and diagrams. My vision a week later is 20/15 in both eyes. Before lasik I could barely see the big E without my glasses a huge improvement

Expertise is evident but also also comfort and caring is there. He took time with us as so did his staff. I am going back for my second cataract removal and he our man. My name is Dr. Doran, a local Orthopedic surgeon. I have wanted to have Lasik for a long time but never had the nerve to electively get surgery on my eyes. Dr Munro and his staff are wonderful. They are very professional, yet friendly. Dr Munro has a great bedside manor and explains things in everyday language. Scheduling appointments was quick and waiting time in the office was short. The surgical staff made a somewhat scary procedure easier for me. Just had cataract surgery for both eyes and it was an extremely positive experience from beginning to end! Dr. Michael Munro is highly skilled and cutting edge experienced. He offers “dropless cataract surgery”, meaning NO pre-op drops, NO post surgery drops! I was a candidate for multi focal lenses and the results are amazing… I am able to see close, middle and distance without need of glasses. Just can’t recommend this highly skilled and personable

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
