Dr. Munro did the procedure of removing cataracts from both my husband’s eyes. I was impressed with how quickly he healed and I can’t help but think that a lot of it was because of the special care Dr. Munro showed during the surgery. Dr Munro and his staff are wonderful. They are very professional, yet friendly. Dr Munro has a great bedside manor and explains things in everyday language. Scheduling appointments was quick and waiting time in the office was short. The surgical staff made a somewhat scary procedure easier for me. From the very first appointment, Dr. Creech was very personable and caring. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. I scheduled cataract removal surgery on both eyes, with Symfony lenses so I would not need glasses after surgery. I was very satisfied with my experience in having cataract surgery /lens implant. Dr Munro prepared me well and answered all my questions. I have had no complications with this procedure. After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
