This doctor is amazing. From his bedside manner ‘to his expertise’ in the OR. He explains medical terminology in layman turms. His staff is phenomenal. Expertise is evident but also also comfort and caring is there. He took time with us as so did his staff. I am going back for my second cataract removal and he our man. My two sister and myself agree, he’s our doctor.

Dr. Munro was wonderful…he kept asking me how I was doing during my procedure. I was extremely nervous. Had to wait 2 hrs. To see him..but only due to one of his staff members went home sick. Everyone understood…. especially when he came out into the waiting room and apologized to us all for running behind Very Professional.

Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

I first looked into PRK/Lasik surgery 1 year ago. After doing a lot of research in the DE/MD/PA area, I consulted with Dr. Munro. As a visually analytical person and athlete, I was very picky who I chose. From the first time I met Dr. Munro, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Munro was always courteous, willing to listen to my questions and give answers and solutions. I never felt rushed during my appointments. He explained the procedure, what I could expect before and after surgery. Day of surgery, he was there beforehand to go over the procedure again. Unfortunately, I had a reaction to the IV and he was patient and waited until I was ready before beginning the surgery. I had surgery on both

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
