I like Dr. Munro very much. He is very engaging and ready to help and answer any questions you might have. I had cataract surgery on both eyes. I now have 20/20 vision again, and had no complications during or after surgery. He led me thru what would take place during and after the surgeries, and I found that reassuring. I highly recommend this practice! I had Lasik here recently, and could not be more pleased with the results. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I was very satisfied with my experience in having cataract surgery /lens implant. Dr Munro prepared me well and answered all my questions. I have had no complications with this procedure. I had only known one patient of his prior to my surgery and was of course a little anxious about the surgery. But Dr Munro took his time to explain everything and I felt confident in his care.

This doctor is amazing. From his bedside manner ‘to his expertise’ in the OR. He explains medical terminology in layman turms. His staff is phenomenal. Expertise is evident but also also comfort and caring is there. He took time with us as so did his staff. I am going back for my second cataract removal and he our man. Our city of Dover is blessed to have Dr. Creech. He is a fantastic surgeon with the added bonus of a warm and caring bedside manner. He always has time to answer my questions and address my concerns professionally and thoroughly. His convenient location on the first floor at Eden Hill Medical Center directly across from the Surgery Center is another great asset, especially when I need to have someone accompanying me for my visits.

After you get past the receptionist, everything is well handled. The online system for new patients didn’t work and I was handed a packet to fill out again, with no explanation or apology. Plan to wait a bit, but seeing the staff is well worth the wait. Friendly, accommodating, social and well versed, the staff moved many patients through without pause. Dr. Halpern was thorough, kind, and informative. Scheduling was easy, check out as well.
